Lincoln County Recovery Community Center supports the people, families and communities of Lincoln County that are impacted by substance use by providing one-on-one recovery coaching, support groups, links to community resources, vocational opportunities, and events that celebrate recovery and that promote community strength and connection.

A recovery coach is a trained, non-clinical professional who provides one-on-one, goal oriented support and guidance to individuals seeking or maintaining recovery from substance use disorder. They do not provide therapy, process trauma, or prescribe medication; instead, they focus on "walking beside" the individual to remove barriers to a sober life. Pathways to an individual’s wellness may include recovery communities such as AA, NA, Dharma and SMART Recovery, as well as medicated-assisted treatment, faith-based recovery, harm reduction or clinical treatment.
Recovery coaches act as resource brokers, helping individuals connect with housing, healthcare, employment opportunities and community support initiatives in addition to treatment programs.
Our recovery coaches are caring, compassionate individuals who are committed to supporting you on your recovery journey. Many of our coaches have lived experience in recovery, allowing them to offer support from a place of empathy and real-world understanding while walking alongside you as you pursue your goals.

The Lincoln County Recovery Community Center (L.C.R.C.C.) is designed to be a recovery hub, fostering relationships between individuals who share similar lived substance use and mental health experiences, as well as connecting community members to groups or one-on-one support with recovery coaches. Staff and volunteers can help struggling community members connect with appropriate local, state and federal resources.
